Dhoni and his boys must be really very tired of playing cricket coz of the heavy schedules but not the local gully players of our country. Yeah that’s true. Mom was peacefully sleeping and I was happily going through a book and as I was turning the pages, I heard a loud round of applause and people shouting on top of their voices. Was curious though and just had a peep through my window to see what was actually happening. And to my surprise, there were some young guys that had gathered together and were playing a cricket match. This is not usual here at our area. Rarely we find a group, playing a cricket match. And seeing a match with all cheers and applause’s around, I felt so enthusiastic. I felt like going and joining them.
Of course mom wouldn’t have allowed me to do so
. But I really felt happy seeing them.
I just got out of my bed, grabbed the camera and ran on to the roof and started clicking some shots. Well, they did see me clicking photos coz I had switched on the flash…
Some of them were actually posing at the camera…I just ignored them saying in my mind, “I have come to capture the action not your poses idiots!” ![]()
And here are three pics I would like to share with. I captured many… but these were quite good enough.
Click to enlarge.
As you can see in the first pic, the person in blue color shirt is the batsman who is departing after he was bowled out and the opposite team celebrating the joy of their wicket. Next pic you can see that the batsman had just missed the ball. And what’s that lady in blue doing there..!?
Also there was a hattrick taken and all the three wickets taken were taken brilliantly.
BTW take a look at the third pic carefully! You can see umbrellas all over. That was something at which I was
. Did they really need that? And I guess this was a bet match or something. So many guys watching a match! Impossible!

You are jealous
“
Well, you also included copyright watermark in your pictures. How did you do that?
@Dinu: Jealous…!? for what?
@Poonam: I did it using Photoshop. Its quite simple..
Have a look at this tutorial.
Add a Text Watermark using Photoshop.
Your mom won’t let you go there and play with them
/ you can only watch them playing

@Hasit: Hmmmm.. Looks like people are getting bored of cricket..
@RJ:
I seriously hadn’t noticed that. After I read your comment I just peeped out of the window to see it… seriously he has put all dumb colors… maybe for “center of attraction”
And we thought T20 cricket was crazy…those photos are well cool!
Cool pics. Its always fascinating, esp if you love cricket and did not play for some time. How hard to control of being stopping you.
